Pan American "Honolulu Clipper"
With Polynesain ceremonies such as are rarely seen since Hawaii became an American territory, Miss Helen Poindexter, daughter of Gov. Joseph B. Poindexter, christens the Honolulu Clipper with coconut milk, dipping the fluid from a shell held by a member of the one-time royal court, then casting it to the four winds before touching the plane.
